Urahara x Troy O’Shea Early 1900s Japanese Indigo Cotton Baseball Cap

Description

Troy’s interpretation of a classic 1900’s Ball Cap. 
Troy used an original 6 panel crown pattern and added a rear adjustable strap for sizing flexibility and comfort.
He then utilized Japanese indigo dyed cotton, a cotton twill sweatband, Reece 101 stitched eyelets, and an unbreakable short 2” inch stitched visor consistent with caps from the era. 
All constructed using period correct machinery and processes.
– Mid 20th Century Japanese indigo dyed cotton
– Vintage furoshiki cotton underside
– Horsehair buckram backing front two panels 
– Hand cut merino wool felt lettering
– Reece 101 stitched eyelets
– Black cotton twill sweatband
– Canvas lined 2” inch unbreakable stitched brim
– Rear adjustable d-ring cotton twill strap
