Urahara x Troy O’Shea Early 1900s Brown Melton Wool Baseball Cap

Troy’s interpretation of a classic 1900’s Ball cap. 
Troy used an original 6 panel crown pattern and added a rear adjustable strap for sizing flexibility and comfort. He then utilized US milled Melton wool, a cotton twill sweatband, Reece 101 stitched eyelets, and an unbreakable short 2” inch stitched visor consistent with caps from the era. 
All constructed using period correct machinery and processes.

– Forest green wool flannel underside
– Horse hair buckram backing internal front two panels 
– Hand cut merino wool felt lettering
– Reece 101 stitched eyelets
– Black cotton twill sweatband
– Canvas lined 2” inch unbreakable stitched brim
– Rear adjustable d-ring cotton twill strap
